Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can send a text message, you can use Steerable. You talk to your COO in plain words, and it never asks you to set anything up by hand.
What does it actually do on its own?
Routine work you've approved: follow-ups, confirmations, reminders, reports, stock counts, answering common questions. When something new or risky comes up, it asks first.
What if it gets something wrong?

Do I pay extra for the AI?
